PENINGKATAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DALAM PENGELOLAAN KEGIATAN POSYANDU DI RT 03/10 PARUNG BINGUNG DEPOK

Human resources are important assets and play a role as the main driving
factor in the implementation of all activities or activities of the agency, so
they must be managed properly through Human Resource Management
(HRM). In society, we must be familiar with the term Posyandu. Posyandu
is an Integrated Service Post which is one of the Community-Based Health
Efforts (UKBM) which is managed and organized from, by, for and with
the community in organizing health development, in order to empower
the community and provide convenience to the community in obtaining
basic health services. Healthy and quality human resources are the main
capital or investment in health development. Based on the results of
community service activities, it can be concluded that training in
improving the human resources of cadres in managing posyandu activities
is one of the community service activities carried out in rt 03/10 Parung
Bingung Depok. This training was carried out face-to-face using the
roleplay method which was attended by 12 participants. The results of
community service in the form of providing training to cadres and
posyandu managers are shown in the table below. Community service was
carried out to 12 respondents. At first, many cadres had difficulty using
the i-posyandu application, after attending this training, cadres found it
easier to use the i-posyandu application. It also makes it easier for cadres
to record data on pregnant women, toddlers and fertile couples who
check their health at the posyandu.
