This research is driven by the weak collaboration between teachers and
students in fostering a spirit of togetherness. The main objective of this
research is to explore the dynamics of interaction, collaboration strategies,
and their impact on learning motivation and academic achievement. The
research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design.
Data collection was carried out through three main techniques: (1) semi
structured in-depth interviews; (2) participatory observation over a period
of 1 month in various learning activities; and (3) document analysis,
including lesson plans and student portfolios. The research results show
that active collaboration between teachers and students at MA Nashrullah
is realized through various activities, such as group projects, open
discussions, and mentoring programs. The main findings indicate a
significant increase in student engagement, creativity, and critical
thinking skills. The teacher acts as a facilitator, encouraging students to
take the initiative in the learning process. The identified challenges
include time and the need for collaborative training for teachers.
However, the benefits experienced include an increase in learning
motivation, strengthening the relationship between teachers and
students, as well as the development of students' social-emotional skills.
